I have the Photography Plan and have done so for an age. Why then do I see the below banner, which states I am on the Free Plan? Also, how do I increase storage space?

THanks
Colin

Are you signed into the right account?

Yup. If I delete the banner all the info is correct. I am on to their chat at the moment - it is painful.

Apparently that add is supposed to be telling me that I have the option to upgrade to other plans. And the free relates to other parts of CC that I might use over and above the Photography Plan. All seems rubbish to me and has not filled me with a warm and comfortable feeling so far as Adobe Support is concerned.

Plain confusing!
