Photo shows up different in LR than in PS

I developed a photo in LR, then in PS: saved & closed and it comes back more saturated in LR. Running on iMac and latest LR & PS CC
 
Was it more saturated in PS too? Or just after saving it?

What color space settings are you using in LR's External Editor prefs and in PS's Color Settings?
 
Take us through the steps. When you save, is that just save or save as? Does it automatically go back to LR or do you have to import? What color profile is showing in PS?

Also, might some Develop edits be being applied in LR?
 
In the Develop Presets panel > Defaults set, can you hit the Adobe Defaults preset and see if that solves it. If that doesn't, then we'll need screenshots of each step to hopefully spot what's going wrong.
