When traveling, the internet speed is often not suitable for syncing. Until recently, I could just tap „pause syncing“ in Lightroom on my iPad. Lightroom remembered this, even after restarting the app. Therefore, syncing was disable until I manually enabled it again. Which I thought was perfect for using it on the road.

Recently, Lightroom is activating syncing every time I open the app. I therefore have to disable it every time, over and over again. Is there a way to get the old, permanent setting back? Thank you for any suggestions.

Hmmmm I haven't noticed that, but I'll give it a try on mine and see if I can reproduce it.

Hmmmm, yes, I can reproduce it over a forced app restart, although not when just switching to another app. Here are instructions on how to report it to Adobe so they can check whether it was an intentional change or not: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/send-bug-report-feature-request-adobe/ and if you post the link here, I'll go comment on it too.

I've noticed this same behavior - irritating! Please post the link if you report this.
