On a Mac, how does one select multiple images and apply the same GPS coordinates to all of them at once?

On a PC, if I select multiple images in grid view and paste GPS coordinates (or for that matter, any EXIF info) into the metadata panel, a dialog box offers to apply the change to all selected images. On a Mac, I can't figure out how to do this in the Library module (I can do it in Map module, but that can't be the only way).

It works in exactly the same way on Mac. Make sure that the option to "Show Metadata for Target Photo Only" (in the Metadata Menu) is unchecked.

Not sure why it didn't the last time I tried, but today it worked. And the "Show Metadata for Target Photo Only" was already unchecked. Strange...
