Output sharpening, especially when exporting to jpg's for web viewing and also when the web module creates a slideshow. I have to go into CS2 and apply some sharpening afterwards.

Have you tried cranking up the sharpening sliders, and then putting them back again once you've output?
I'd agree size specific output sharpening would be useful though.
