Options for public view of a collection on the web

This feature seems a little different from Adobe's portfolio application. Once a portfolio is shared on the web, there is an option for the viewer to download an image. This option does not appear to exist for public view of a collection generated from Lightroom Classic. Is that your understanding?

You can allow all the photos in a shared album to be downloaded.:

Sign in to LR Web, click on the album, click on the dots menu, then Settings:

Someone viewing the shared album can download all the photos or individual photos by clicking the dots menu:
