Hello,
Everybody's talking about the new LR2 feature which allows you to open photos directly into Photoshop without first creating the fully rendered TIFF or PSD. Maybe it's me, but I can't do that. At least not as I expected it to work - the Bridge way.
If I open a file by choosing "Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS3..." it still renders a TIFF or a PSD. It seems like the only way to open a photo without a corresponding bitmap being created is to choose the "Open as Smart Object in Photoshop..." option. Fine... that is working... but I was hoping I could also do it the good old Bridge way by hitting CTRL-E.
Am I doing something wrong here or is it just me asking for too much?
