Olympus RAW files (2017 vers) will Not Import

Hi all - just purchased an Olympus TG-5 and find I cannot import the RAW files .ORF) into lightroom or photoshop. I am using the CC versions of both and have updated the Camera Raw CC plugin. The only workaround I have found is to export the files from the Olympus software as TIFF. I note from the discussion there has been issues with various iterations of the .orf format and various workarounds but none seem to work with my files. Any suggestions? Regards, David

Hi David, welcome to the forum!

The camera's just a little bit too new at the moment. Adobe has to add support for new cameras, so hopefully it'll be in the next update. For now, your current workarounds are as good as it gets. It's called the cutting edge for a reason!
