Odd redraw?

Importing from CF card via LR once I had chosen the (two only) inages and hit go then a really odd screen redraw thing happened. I was already uploading images to my Smugmug site at the same time btw

The two panels appeared on their own - nothing else - and stayed there for a good 5 secs before the rest of the lR window (interface) came up - vey odd - is thsi common too with v2?

Hmm, with LR under stress, I see that a lot on Windows, because of the way LR tries to supersede the Windows display API, with its own custom UI design. Wouldn't have thought it was as big an issue on Mac, just guessing tho'.

Dunno how big an issue it is, I don't use LR that much yet - so it's happened quite quickly relative to the use it gets
