I see a few files in my Catalogue Folder that appear old. Can anyone tell me what can be deleted?

What does your BB Settings dialog look like?
The only other thing that I can suggest is in Preferences/Privacy & Security/Full Disk Access that you grant BackBlaze full access. If that does not produce the outcime , the I would uninstall remove allt settings and start over.

I am seeing something I don;t understand in BB. I excluded the main catalogue folder but when I look at the file list on line at the BB site I see some of the files but not the previews or the actual catalogue. See attached. The end result isn't bad, I don;t need previews, and I have the cat backups so while it's not bad, why did the exclusion not work, or is BB that smart?

Your screen shot is showing folders. "*.lrdata". is a folder ( In MacOS terminology a Package). I can only see individual files if I select the + on the Exclusions tab. I believe BackBlaze includes all files except those excluded by file type

I excluded the folder, no idea why it ignored that but I am ok with it as the files I did not need to be backed up are not backed up and BB or whatever did allow the other files to be backed up. Bottom line is I am happy with the results regardless of the fact it didn't do exactly what I asked for.
In a related question, I used to have a LRC add-on that made a backup of all the settings that are in ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Lightroom. I think it was made by either jfriedl or TPG or Capture Monkey
