Noiseware Pro and Noise Ninja Experiences with Lightroom 2?

I'm interested in which is easier and more effective to use with Lightroom 2. It appears that the advantage of Noise Ninja as a Mac user is that it also offers the option of a stand alone version, which would cut out the necessity of going into CS4 every time I wanted to use it. But is NN as good?

I'd like feedback from those who have used either program with Lightroom.
