No previews - just gray boxes

I installed LR2.4 this week and immediately lost all previews. My entire catalog is gray boxes. This is in all views - grid, loupe, etc. - and in all modules. The file names are there but nothing else.

Devastating as I am trying to prepare for a show!

Hi Lisa, welcome to the forum!

There's 2 things that cause grey boxes - a corrupted monitor profile, or graphics card drivers. Just try both of those, and shout if you need more information.

Thanks Victoria - I do remember now that after installing LR 2.4 it said "corrupted monitor profile". I recalibrated my monitor and that seemed to fix it. Keeping fingers crossed!
