Develop module No Infrared?

Updated from 7.0 to 8.3 and now can not find the Infrared option.

Do you mean the Infrared preset in the B&W Filter group?

If so, all the previous version presets are now in new "Classic" groups which I think are hidden by default. To restore them all (or just the ones you want), click on the "+" at the right of the Presets header and choose "Manage Presets". There you can choose to hide or show the various preset groups, so if you select the "Classic - B&W Filter" group it will be added to the Presets listing, so you'll have the Infrared option back.

Of course, if you meant something else, please explain a bit further, as that preset is the only infrared option I can think of.
