no a bug but i found a zoom lag in the 1.3

it's not a bug or a problem

but browsing on internet i found many many users that lament a log when zoom

well i tried 1.3.1 on 4 pc desktop , and i found a short lag when i zoom (compare to the 1.2)

well it's not a bug ,it's not fusspot
i did only report it
for sure this happen on the black side (pc don't know about mac)

and i think for many many & many & many users the 1.3.1 is a great cure
