Nikon & Lightroom

I heard, cannot remember where, that I can link my Nikon D3'' via a usb cable to my laptop, and when I take a picture it will appear directly in Lightroom. Is this possible? If so could someone point me in the right direction as this would be fantastic for my studio work...
