New Workstation. Moving Library.

I recently purchased a new workstation. I've transfered my old photo library onto new drive space on the new machine. I've maintained the same folder structure, etc. I recently loaded lightroom onto the new machine and would now like to get my catalog up and running. Can someone suggest the best procedure for getting my old catalog linked to my new workstation and the new location of the files. BTW their location on the drive has changed. They use to be in C:\users\me\photos... now they are in D:\photos

Just copy your Catalog from the old machine to the new as you did for the photos. Location for the Catalog is not critical. Double click the Catalog to open. Right click on the top level folder and choose the option "Find Missing Folder" and navigate to the new D: Path.
