I have a subscription to Lightroom Classic (needs updating). Does this entitle me to installation on both of my personal computers, or must I uninstall from the old to install on the new?

Solution
You can actually install LrC on more than two computers, but your Adobe account (and thus the apps available in your subscription) can only be activated on any two of them at the same time.

And, considering you used the term "migrate", if your intention is to continue with your catalog (migrate your catalog) from your Win v10 computer, then you will need to 'move' your catalog and photo files, presets, etc, to the new Win v11 system as per the details in this blog article, and the contained link for the eBook of instructions.
