You could start by correctly identifying which version of Lightroom that you are using. Lightroom comes in two flavors. Lightroom Classic (which this forum is related to is at V11. Lightroom for the Cloud which have versions for the desktop and mobile devices. We also answer questions about older version of Lightroom before Classic.
