New mac user

Hi all,

Convinced a friend to swap from Aperture to LR and he's encountered an issue, here's a line from an email to me today...

'When I select 'print' it simply reads "error occurred when attempting to change modules" ... any suggestions that don't involve semtex !!'

So the question is - does anyone know where to buy Semtex? Seriously, has anyone encountered this problem before. He is using a Mac computer by the way - a laptop and a G5 I think.

Which version of Lightroom? Try 1.3.1 if he hasn't already.
