Need Keyword Help

Hi,Here is my issue as I was working in Lightroom 2 last night.

I have a friend who I have about 6' photos tagged with the keyword Jo.

I also have about 5' photos where I keyworded her with Joanne.

I want to change all the Jo keywords to Joanne to standardize things but Lightroom will not let me.

When I go to the keyword listing to the keyword Jo and try and rename the keyword there, it says that keyword Joanne already exists.

Surely there must be a way to rename one keyword to another even if that keyword already exists.

Select all the Jo pictures, and drag them to the Joanne keyword. Now those will have both keywords assigned. Now delete the Jo keyword.

(There are other ways to do this, too.)

Thanks Mark. As I was reading Martin Evening's new LR2 book last night I am amazed about all the things you can do with dragging and dropping which I have not been doing.
I'll try this when I get home tonight.
