Navigator Preview Panel v main preview

I am trying to set up my colour profiles throughout adobe, which are clearly wrong. But without going into that, im trying to get consistency just within lightroom.

Basically i notice that the preview that appears in the navigator panel is a different colour to the main preview, in Library or develop mode.
It is only a small shift, but noticeable especially in black and white where the main preview seems to have a yellow tint. Ive changed preview quality to high, this doesnt seem to make a difference even when re imported a few pics.

Any pointers as to why this happens thanks.

Sorry Ben. I am not seeing this. I reviewed about 15 color, BW, sepia and cyanotype images and don't see any color shifts between the Navigator preview and the main preview.

Is your histogram also yellow tinted where it should be gray at points where colors overlap? I so, we found that each time this was because of a corrupted monitor profile.

think it must be some kind of monitor profile problem, but still find it odd.
I have a mac pro 1'.5.5 clean install, added cs4 master collection and lightroom. All seems fine here.
Then on an imac 24inch 3.'4 etc, clean 1'.5.5 install also, added photoshop cs4 extended and lightroom. The problem is on the imac.
Monitior profile is just imac profile at the moment. Dont know enough about changing profiles to see if that is wrong yet. But i am learning as quick as i can.
i just though in LR regardless of profiles it would look consistent in both previews.
Using the white balance eyedropper on a B&W pic, it reads correct as all RGBs are equal, and in photoshop the same. It may be the small navigator preview that is tinted which gives the impression the big preview is yellow ish.
On my mac pro all settings are exactly the same as the imac, except the monitor profile is set to Cinema HD.

Ok, just thought id say i found the fault, nothing to do with lightroom.

Suddenly noticed that everything on the screen was slightly yellow on the right of the screen. Did a quick search on google, and hey presto, virtually every imac 24inch suffers from yellow screen on the right. Makes colour correcting a little tricky.
So think i'll join the list of people repeatedly sending there imac backs till they get one that doesnt suffer so bad.
