I think so anyway 
I always ask on this forum so now I hope I can help out somewhere with my in the field work flow. I photograph weekly horse races, freelance, and hope to sell framed pics to owners trainers etc. My goal was to, in the 1/2 hour between each event, load to LR, backup, crop & edit for print, resize & export for web upload & upload to my web site.
My setup is a PC laptop, epson P5''' viewer, WD My Passport external and a wireless broadband thingy.
My LR catalogue is on the WD and I import using appropriate keywords using the P5''' SD slot as the card reader, the SD card slot shows as a separate drive, and at the same time backup to the P5'''. I always use the horse name for folders keywords etc so as I type that the first time I make sure I copy it to paste for further use to name backup folder etc.
After download the card is stuck back in the camera, formatted ready for next event. I have 2 copies of the event saved so that card can be erased.
The pics are sorted and the rejects deleted straight away from disc, still have them as a backup on the P5''', the selects are cropped with presets, colour & tone edits then exported as web sized file with a border and watermark courtesy of mogrify to another folder specific for web upload. finally they are upload to a remote folder on the server, made in to a photo gallerie via modules in the providers software, chucked onto a web page with the appropriate links and jobs done. all in about 15 minutes after they flashed past the post.
When orders are received in the week following the edited pics are exported as JPGs to a temp folder and dragged onto a template in Qimage, along with text blocks and printed as one page. They are then framed using a mat cut to the same template as the print, bang a bit of a frame around it and some glass and VOILA.
