Can someone explain the concept of My Libraries. I have a Creative Cloud subscription and want to download some of the adobe stock textures. I have one downloaded into My Libraries but dont know how to access/use it from Lightroom.
Have I got it completely wrong.

Yes, I'm afraid you have it completely wrong. These are not compatible with Lightroom. You would need to use Photoshop.
