I've enabled the Identity Plate and see my name in the center of the photo when in Print mode. However, I can't relocate it to where i want it to be. Youtube videos show that you just click on it and move it. Doesn't work for me.
Also, can you have two Identity Plates on one photo?

Are you positive it is 'Identity Plate' you have checked [on] in the Print Module?
A 'Watermark' graphic (that might be the same as an ID Plate) WILL lock to the centre- if that is how it is designed in the Watermark Editor.

That's how it works for me. You could try resetting the preferences file and see if that clears up your problem:
Resetting the lightroom preferences file - updated

I'm pretty sure that you can only have one identity plate per photo.
Okay. I finally have time to work on this. I cannot locate the lightroom preferences file. The link you provided says " Locate the file: you’ll find “com.adobe.LightroomX.plist” with the other Preferences files rather than Lightroom’s Presets, so using Finder you’ll need to navigate directly to Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/Library/Preferences/. The Library folder is hidden by default, so in Finder hold down the Alt (Option) key while using the Go menu. The user library folder will then be listed below the current user's home directory." I get to HD/Users/(my user name) and get nothing. Any ideas? Could it be that I don't have a preferences folder?

No, you do have that folder. Every Mac has it. The Library folder should become visible in that ‘Go’ menu, not in the Finder window. Select the menu to open it. Another method is to select the Home folder and choose ‘Info’ (Cmd-i). In the dialog there should be a checkbox at the bottom to make the Library folder visible.

The Library folder is a hidden folder. Johan has explained how to expose it
