Moving Pictures in the Library/Grid Module

Can somebody please help me!

I have imported a set of wedding pictures into lightroom for editing. Because I am using a 2 camera set up, I have set the "sort option" to capture time. This has put them into the captured time as required. However, I want to move some of the pictures around in the library module, as they are not in the order that I would like. I am clicking on the center of the image and see a white frame around the cell.

In version 1.3 this was a simple task of clicking on a picture and moving it to the spot I wanted - except I cannot currently do this in lightroom 2 beta.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make a collection, and you'll be able to drag into a custom order as usual.

User order for Quick Collection and for Folders has gone walkabout in beta 2.'!

I certainly hope so Kees - I really miss it!

There's been a lot of work on the underlying database, which we can't see, and so I'm guessing that's why it got turned off.

There will still be a lot of work to do before final release though, so I'm hoping that'll make its way back before too long.
