I have downloaded Lightroom Classic to my new PC and it already has saved catalogs from this new Lightroom Classic to the new C drive. This has happened before I have transferred any of my photos or catalogs from my old computer which has Lightroom CC 2015.6 on it. Hence I now need to move my photos and catalogs from my old PC to the new one. Should I have moved the catalogs and photos from my old PC to the new PC BEFORE installing Lightroom Classic on my new PC? If so, should I remove Lightroom Classic and delete all catalogs from my new computer and start again? If I don't do this, I don't know how to tell my new PC which catalogs are associated with my old photos now on the new PC? And I am keen to avoid messing up right from the start. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
