I have two folders that are in the wrong place... do I just right click and update the folder location? I thought I could just drag n drop but not sure.

You have to drag and drop the 2022 in the folder panel. ‘Update folder location‘ is something else.
The 2021 folder requires a different approach, because there are two of them. Select the 2021 subfolder, then drag and drop the images from the main grid onto the top 2021 folder. The 2021 subfolder should now be empty. Right-click on it and remove it.
