Moved pictures to new folder in LR 2.4, disappeared!

Hi!
First post!

After importing from CF in LR2.4 I made a new folder, in LR, and moved some of the pictures to that folder by dragging them in LR. The pictures in the original folder then disappeared. They are still in the right place in Finder. If I restart LR they appear again. This have happened several times. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
