Move Lightroom from PC to Mac

Hi,

I have ordered a Mac Pro and am finally moving away from PC after 2' years. I have an image library of 25k+ images stored on the PC, all of which have been catalogued in Lightroom. All images are stored in a folder called RAW with each sub-folder being named RAW_''1, ''2 etc. Each sub-folder is approximately 4GB.
How do I move the catalogue file and all my images so that Lightroom on the Mac will find and use them?
Also, how do I move my settings, user presets, metadata templates etc from PC to Mac so that they are useable?
