more shapes for spot removal

it would be great if LR could give a few options for the spot removal tool in the way of shapes as sometimes a circle just doesn't cut it.
i can't be the first to want this can i????

And brush strokes would be nice. But steady on we don't want to become too like photoshop otherwise that will impact of sales of photoshop.
