Mogrify & filename

Just testing out Mogrify. For Proofing purposes(4x6 at2''ppi), I would like to add my logo to the bottom left and file-name to right corners of a black created border. Is this possible?
I can only get the logo to appear on the image only. I also don't see a text annotation for filename.

Your help is great appreciated.

Check the font settings as there are only a small set of fonts that work well on a PC (if that's what you're using; fill in the profile so we know the system etc).
