This Catalog folder says that 73 of my photos are "missing."

But there is no icon to click on to locate any of these photos. In any case, the missing photos are in fact in the proper date-based folder in main folder \Photos.

On a similar vein. I have put some missing photos back where they should be. However they still appear in the missing folder. The ! has disappeared. The photos are in their correct folder as well as in the missing folder. Please help.

"Find All Missing Photos" is not dynamic, i.e. it doesn't automatically update when missing photos are relinked, or new photos go missing. So simply run the command again, and it should then update to show the current position.

I just ran Library > Find All Missing Photos. The response was that there were no missing photos. And the Photos Missing row in the Catalog display is now gone. I haven't done anything to locate missing photos. Go figure.

This is almost certainly the bug with Synchronize Folder spuriously thinking that photos are missing.

Related to the Metadata has changed on disk bug?

Technical debt? Probably should have been fixed when the codebase was converted to 64-bit.
