Missing filenames on web galleries

I have gotten a few calls lately concerning missing filenames for my web galleries. I have generated web galleries using Lightroom 2 and using the Simpleviewer template. I am able to see the filenames associated with each photo from my system, but others have said that they cannot see the associated file names to identify picture orders.

I have used IE8, Safari 4, and Firefox 3 to test and they all show the files correctly, so I'm trying to figure out what the issue might be that keeps others fromn seeing the text generated for the file names. Any clues?

I should add... If you want to see the gallery sample, go to www.multitone.biz and click on the button on the lower left to bring up the viewer window.

I see the file names ok.......

I see the names OK. They are under the thumbnails, not the image. Maybe that is the problem people are having - not noticing the name, expecting it to be under the image.

Firefox 3, Vista64.
