Hi, I'm new in this forum and in Lightroom.

The Creative Cloud app opened briefly, so I know I have 2 updates. When trying to update Lightroom Creative Cloud closed and now I'm unable to relaunch it. The Creative Cloud icon is missing in Mac taskbar. Lightroom > help > updates: nothing happens. I've tried downloading end reinstalling the app but no change.

Thanks for any help.

You can find it in the Applications folder.

Thank you. Indeed, but is does not start. Neither from Lightroom > help > updates, nor from the Finder/Applications. Reinstall Creative Cloud app, reboot Mac: nothing works.

Hi Ptolemaios, welcome to the forum!

It does sound like the Creative Cloud app is corrupted. Since you already tried reinstalling, I'd either uninstall, run the Adobe CC Cleaner and then reinstall or contact Customer Services, who are pretty good with installation issues. Contact Customer Care
