Hi guys, I've got a problem with metadata.
I've imported a big folder (5''' images) into lightroom and added keywords to every one of the pictures. (eg. 198', 1981, 1982 etc). In the catalogue prefs, I've selected "automatically write changes into xmp". Because I want to store every metathingy I change or add to the file.
However.. when I remove my folder from the library... And re-import it to the library... only half om my pictures seem to have saved the metadata (e.g. keywords)...and so only these pictures show up in my keyword list.
Does anybody know what Im doing wrong? Do I need to 'read metadata from file' after importing, before they show up completely in my keyword list?
All I want is the changes I make in Lightroom, to be saved in the file..so when I reimport them ...they show up in Lightroom again. thanks!!
