Media type in Print Job

Can someone tell me why, when I select Media Type in the Print Job section of the Print Module, I only have two options listed -- Matte or Glossy? How do I expand this list to include various types of papers? Thank you in advance for your help.

This selection affects only the Print Sharpening algorithm. It has no other effect. Just choose which looks better to you for your printer, ink, and paper combo.
