Margin Problems with Epson 2400

Hi all. First time post, long time lurker. I've often been able to solve Lightroom my problems with a search on the forums, but this time no luck. Here's the problem:

I recently switched from a pc to a mac pro. Now, whenever I print on 8.5x11 size paper using my Epson 24'', the top margin is about 1.25" lower than it should be and the bottom of the photo is typically cut off. When I try to print using 4x6 paper, the paper feeds straight through and all I get is a blank page.

I know that it's not the printer or the driver because when I print using iPhoto or Apple Preview, the margins come out fine.

I am using the latest version of lightroom (2.3) and the latest version of the Epson driver (6.12). I have already tried resetting the print system and uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this problem is driving me mad.

You need to select borderless paper and set the margins manually.

Still no luck. Using 4x6 paper, I selected borderless paper from "Page Setup" and .5" margins using the sliders under "Layout" on the right side of the print module. Also, tried the same using 8.5x11 inch paper (but with 1" margins from "Layout"). Neither worked.

When you say "set the margins manually" do you mean through Lightroom (i.e., using the Layout sliders in the print module) or something else more technical?
