I recently installed PS 2025. For the time being, I chose to keep PS 2024 on my Mac's hard drive. When I Control-click on an image in Lightroom Classic to send it to Photoshop, PS 2024 is the only version shown. How can I include PS 2025 as an option? Thank you so much.

You will need to install PS2025 before installing LrC. Uninstall LRC then reinstall it. It should find PS v25 . If this does not work, uninstall all three and reinstall PS v25, LrC and then PS v24.

Remedial question: If I uninstall LrC, will reinstalling it retain my catalog, settings, etc.?

You can't have two options in that menu, but if you go to Preferences - External Editors, then you should be able to change Photoshop 2024 to Photoshop 2025.
