Making panels "sticky"

I use keywords a lot and would really like to make the "keywording" panel "stick" or "freeze" so it doesn't disappear from my screen when I scroll down the "keyword list". However, they seem to be one and the same thing.

Is it possible?

No, unfortunately. Better panel control is the subject of many feature requests. As I advised in one of your other threads, there's a link to Adobe's official feature request at the top of the thread, add your voice to the crowd. I'm sure they pay at least some attention to the number of requests for a given feature.

Maiaibang, have you tried using the keyword filter on the header of the keyword list? That might get you part the way there.
