mailing from Lightroom?

Hi, I'm new to Lightroom. I've used Photoshop Elements 5 & 6 before and emailing was easy but I'm having problems setting Lightroom up to do it automatically. I have Scott Kelby's book and I think I've followed all the instructions right. When I click on Export Actions the alias for Outlook Express is there but when I click on After Export - Shortcut to Outlook isn't there as an option. Does anyone know what I've done wrong? :?

I haven't read Scott's book, so I'm not entirely sure what he's suggesting. The Export Actions trick only seems to work for certain programs, but there's an alternative - Steve Sutherland wrote a MAPI mailer which works really well. http://www.sbsutherland.com/downloads/MapiMailerSetup.exe You'll find loads of information about it on the web.
