I know, the title may sound weird, but bear with me. I have a fully well treated Lr Classic library with keyworded photos. I am looking for a convenient way to share some smart collections containing practical photos (such as receipts, caravan or car maintenance shots, tyre dates etc.) with my family, so they can filter photos using multiple keywords. For instance, my wife should be able to find all travel photos with the caravan tyres so she searches for "travel" and "caravan" and "tyre".
Options I see:
- Lr mobile with synced collections: not enough space in my plan and not suitable for MacBook
- import into my Apple Photos library and share the Album: too many uninteresting photos of mine that will mix with their own photos
- Synology Photos: promising (as I own a Synology NAS) but only one keyword limit in the search field
As a bonus, the app should bind to a shared folder on my NAS so whenever I add images to that folder, these images are added to the app's catalog automatically.
Any other macOS apps you know that would do the job? The app will not need to perform any editing, it's only for library search.
Or would an unregistered Lr Classic instance do the job?
