Just installed LR3 but the lumunance slider is "greyed out" and wont operate.
Anyone know why?

The Luminance slider has been voluntarily deactivated by Adobe because they want the users/testers to concentrate on giving feed back about color noise.

Hmmm - this seems odd. I usually use the Luminance noise reduction far more than the Color on my D7''. Really miss it; have not seen a lot of effectiveness in using the Color noise reduction.

It's BETA ! it isn't finished its for testing only. Use LR2 for your real work.
