Hello
I upgraded to version 9.3 two days with the assistance of an Adobe online agent as I could not access Adobe Cloud to download.
After much time, the agent finally got the new version downloaded however I discovered that three substantial folders were missing. We looked through back up catalogues but could not find the folders.
The adobe agent was lost and eventually hung up on me without notice or explanation and closed down the remote access. I reported the issue to adobe but have to received a response.
anyway, the situation is, I have three photo folders containing the lightroom adjustments sitting in my photo directory which I can open and look at in windows, however if I try to copy the folder into Lightroom, the action simply freezes/disconnects Lightroom. I am therefore looking for other options to get the photos back into Lightroom without losing the Lightroom edits e.g. is it possible to create a duplicate folder of the same name and add it to Lightroom, then open the folder with the edited photos and copy them across into the duplicate folder in Lightroom or other possible solutions please to get the photos back into LrC without losing the edits.
Thanks
