LRC to PS get error: could not open...disk error

1. macOS 14 Sonoma

After editing in LRC (current version) , going to "edit in PS " I get error message "could not open ___NEF [Nikon Raw file) because of disk error". What is a disk error? How do I track it down and fix it? This was not an issue before my most recent LRC update last month. Using Mac OS 14.6 Sonoma.

A disk error could be that the Hard drive has failed or is failing, the file on the disk is corrupt or the permissions to read that file have failed.

In the last instance, you need to correct the file permissions. In the first instance, you need to replace the disk drive with a new one In the second instance you need to replace the corrupt file with your back up.
