LRC sync issues

I’m really stumped over repeated failure of LRC to sync. I believe I have read and executed every suggestion for clearing the backlog but it always returns. I run the latest LRC on mac and iOS iPhone and iPad.

You’ll need to explain the scenario more fully. Is everything syncing from, say, mobile to the cloud? What part of sync are you having issues with?

Running Ventura 13.2.1 macOS; LRC 12.2 Raw 15.2; iOS 16.3.1

I have isolated the (I believe) to my desktop where anywhere between 30-50 remain unsynced. I have performed the rebuild of all synced files via LRC numerous times. I have at times deleted some photos. I have rebooted both LRC and Mac several times. While these actions seem to help for a time, the problem returns. I have noticed that it is not the same set of photos each time.

Are you sync'ing from a phone to your desktop? Are you sync'ing from your Mac to the cloud?
Did it ever work well for you? If so, what change did you do when it started to fail? eg Mac OS
Did it get worse with the most recent version of LR ?

Sync is not working for me either with Ventura on and Lightroom 12. This seems to be a weakness of
Version 12. 1 and 12.2.1.

I've done controlled test via share screen with Adobe tech support they as well can not determine the problem.
I expected to hear from them today - no reply yet.

We find barely 50% and sometimes less photos recognized by LRC when syncing folders.
12.2.1 allegedly fixes sync problem for Windows users, it appears this is also a weakness in the Ventura Mac version.

At what stage are such issues in the software escalated at Adobe to known issues?
