Yes, it does for me. I even get all the updates.
 
I kind of lost my interest in photography, but not in LRC. Not subscribing does limit my advice to the non-map, non-develop parts of the program, though. On the other hand, I'm able to give first-hand advice on the OP's question.

I haven't pressed the shutter for about 8 months myself but I still keep up in the retouching forums. Glad you are still around because you know your stuff.
