LR4 Updates

Hi all

I have a copy of LR4 installed on my new(to me) PC. I previously had it on my Windows 8 PC until it died, which had the latest updates until Adobe turned the taps off.

Is there anyway to get the updates up until that point, or am I stuck with the `out of the box' state that it's in now (I'm really missing the Defringe option).
