LR3 beta - smart collection problem

I have created the keyword _KEYWORD, that I add to photos as I import them to indicate that I have only partially keyworded them. I created a smart collection set to match any and with the single rule Keywords contains _KEYWORD. Although there are images with the keyword, they are not found and the smart collection remains empty. If however I simply remove the _ character from the smart collection rule, the images are found and appear in the collection. Is this a known problem? If not, where should I log it?

I just checked in LR 2.5 and it does find images when the rule contains the _ character.
