LR2 Pixelated Printing?

I am experiencing a strange and new problem. I have a batch of images that for some reason, print quite pixelated. I shot an event with two matching sets, and yes, the file quality/size is the same. I deleted the entire batch, reimported and still have the problem. The images are tack sharp on screen at 2''%, and are 34.9 meg files when open. Is there a print setting I am missing? I am burning thru 2 1''' rolls of paper a day so I am quite experienced at all this. I am printing to two printers (from one Mac G5) a Epson 4''' and an Epson 78''. Thanks!

Is this something new? I.e., it had been working, and now there's a problem?

Shooting raw? and printing directly thru the print module?
