LR2/Mogrify

I've looked previous to be sure this was not asked before. Is my first post. I've got WinXP, downloaded and ran ImageMaker and put Mogrify files where they need to be. I'm using the Large C file from Lightroom Queen and get the error message:
Watermarking problem
Unfortunately LR2/Mogrify is unable to correctly scale watermark images of this file type whilst
maintaining the aspect ratio. Please use another file type such as PSD or TIFF.

I'm not a computer dummie, but have spent 3hrs messing w/this. I figure I'm missing something simple?? Should there be some screen opening from ImageMaker to 'see' the export changes? This does not happen, if so. I only see the LR Export area.

I was able to get the Facebook plugin working, so really I'm not that dumb, lol. TYIA!!

Your Watermark PSD file doesn't exceed the dimensions of your image does it? In Victoria's zip file there are two versions of the © symbol. One is 1''' px and the other is 4'' px. I have seen this error when I try to put too big a watermark on too small a picture.

I think I included CopyrightC.png in the zip by mistake - as Rikk said, if you use one of the PSD files (symbol_4''px.psd and symbol_1'''px.psd depending on the image size), it should work just fine.
